American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with strong orthopedic scrub experience for a travel contract requiring an active Illinois RN license and BSN.

• Work in the Operating Room (OR) of an acute care hospital setting
• Orthopedic surgical cases are the primary focus of this position
• Day shift schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Weekend work is required
• On-call commitment of 24 hours per month

• Active Illinois RN license currently in hand (no emergency or pending licensure accepted)
• BSN required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Strong orthopedic OR experience required
• Orthopedic scrub experience preferred
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a Supervisor, Manager, or Charge RN within the past year

• Floating may be required to a different unit or facility upon manager's request
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of initial consideration and cannot be added afterward
• Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are accepted at a local pay rate
• Vaccination status must be provided upon application
