Job Summary
Full‑time, 40 hours per week, 3rd shift position in the Referrals Testing department at Central DuPage Hospital, Winfield. The Lab Specimen Processor reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM and adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program.
Responsibilities- Receive, process, label, and distribute specimens.
- Perform non‑high‑complexity testing as required.
- Perform customer service duties and other clerical duties as the job dictates.
- Maintain organization of work while multitasking.
- Follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Thorough understanding of laboratory specimens and HIS/LIS computer systems.
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
