To monitor and control field production quality as per standard and target.

• Follow Field Production Quality policy and procedure.
• Communicate and collect information to superior for policy improvement.
• Implement testing/inspecting activities as planned.
• Carry out Field Inspection and GOT activities to meet standard requirement & procedures.
• Coordinate with Field Production/Foundation and report to superior.
• Carry out new technology activities as assigned.
• Implement within provided budget.
• Provide Field quality data and update status to superior.
• Review and prepare Field Quality data for weekly and monthly reports submitted to superior.
• Responsibility for QA Lab and QMS jobs/activities as assigned.
• Ensure that work complies with HSEQ standard and policy.
• Conduct training on quality standards for growers.
• Visit and service customers by visiting dealers/farmers' fields including gathering feedback and customer requirements.
• Travel time in the field: 70%
