Research & Development

• Conduct and manage planting of breeding works by follow through steps since planting to post harvesting until keep in cold room.
• Manage pollinating development crosses. Pollinate should effectively in time schedule, amount, purity and method.
• Observe line performance & make selection for desirable plants and support information for effective selection.
• Manage for leaf sampling and dry process.
• Understand and make data collection correctly for all desirable traits for breeding works.
• Improve subordinate skills and knowledge.
