Medical Records Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and update electronic and paper medical records
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of health information
• Track and obtain missing documentation from providers and partners
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies
• Prepare and process record requests, releases, and audits
• Support clinical teams with timely access to records
• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies
• Generate basic reports and logs related to records activity
