HubSpot CRM Lead Tracking Setup

Project Description

We are seeking a skilled CRM and web integration developer to configure our Hub Spot platform, map lead capture forms on our website, and integrate our e‑signature contract workflow. The goal of this project is to create an automated B2B onboarding pipeline. When prospective partners request resources or agreements on our website, their data must automatically flow into Hub Spot, trigger asset delivery, and synchronize with our contract management software for seamless document generation and deal tracking.

• CRM Configuration & Pipeline Design
  - Configure Hub Spot properties and data fields tailored to our lead capture requirements.
  - Set up a multi-stage B2B onboarding Deal Pipeline (from initial lead request through contract execution and active status).
• Website Lead Form Mapping & Automated Delivery
  - Map all website lead capture forms directly to Hub Spot contact records and deal stages.
  - Configure automated instant email responses to deliver digital resource files (such as guidelines and documentation) immediately upon form submission.
• Document & E‑Signature Integration (Proposify)
  - Connect our e‑signature contract software (Proposify) directly to Hub Spot contact records.
  - Map contract fields to auto‑populate lead data into agreement templates.
  - Configure automated deal stage triggers so that sending or signing an agreement updates the pipeline status in real time.

• Proven track record of Hub Spot CRM customization and form integration.
• Experience integrating document automation and e‑signature tools (Proposify, Panda Doc, or similar) with CRMs.
• Knowledge of web form mapping and API webhooks.
