Production Associate

2nd and 3rd Shift Openings! Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday schedules (overtime as needed/required) Starting range $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Production Associates are responsible for producing high‑quality plastic products from blow mold machinery in accordance with company standards. This role involves performing precise trimming, conducting quality inspections, packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Production Associate plays a key role in ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely.

• Receive and accurately trim molded parts from extractor using hand and/or power tools.
• Identify and report non‑conforming products to supervisor.
• Complete assigned rework as necessary.
• Box, package or pallet finished products and label with accurate counts and required information.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas.

This position is performed on the production floor in a manufacturing setting, which may include exposure to:

• Extreme heat.
• Moderate to loud noise levels (with proper PPE provided).
• Industrial equipment such as motors, grinders, compressors, CNC machines, and other production machinery.

• Standing and walking for long periods of time.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, overhead reaching, and repetitive motions.
• Occasional climbing, stooping, and crouching.
• Lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to use small hand tools and power tools.
• Required use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
