Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with a global industrial and manufacturing leader to recruit a Communications Specialist
. This onsite role is ideal for a communications professional who enjoys being embedded with business leaders, crafting impactful messaging, and helping drive employee engagement across a manufacturing environment.

This position will support internal communications for a large production site by developing communication strategies, creating executive messaging, coordinating employee communications, and ensuring information is delivered consistently across all shifts.

Monday-Friday onsite required

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with site leadership to develop and execute internal communications strategies.
  • Draft communications on behalf of plant leadership while managing the approval process with legal, HR, and other stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain an editorial content calendar and communication cadence.
  • Create, edit, and distribute employee communications across multiple channels, including short-form video content.
  • Develop agendas, presentations, and messaging for town halls and onsite meetings.
  • Train leaders on communication best practices and messaging expectations.
  • Support facility branding, signage updates, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Stay connected to site culture to ensure messaging is authentic, timely, and effective.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of communications experience, preferably supporting manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience developing internal communications and executive messaging.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with employees and leadership.
  • Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Self-starter with a proactive, "jump in and help" attitude.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience analyzing communication effectiveness and adapting messaging accordingly.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Flexible, action-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
