Position Overview
We are looking for an on‑call Crisis Support Worker to add to our team. A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families is preferred. We will teach you the rest.

CompensationAverage hourly rate is $14.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
Work Hours & Shifts- Monday – Thursday 5 pm – 3 am
- Monday – Friday 2 am – 12 pm
Maximum of 30 hours per week. Shift begins at 5 pm, but the schedule is flexible, and you can pick the days that best fit you.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with children after hours. Situations may include transporting a child to a new foster home or helping a child in moderate crisis. You may also be asked to be with a child in a hospital or any of our offices in the area. We provide a company car, a cell phone, and a computer.
QualificationsCompassionate, eager to learn, and able to communicate clearly and effectively. Strong desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy coping skills and to advocate for children. Experience working with children and families preferred.
