This role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, preparing budgets and forecasts, and coordinating month-end accounting processes. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the mining industry. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft tools and knowledge of US GAAP are essential.
