We’re looking for an experienced Site Accounting Manager to lead all accounting functions at a large‑scale mining operation in northern Nevada
. This is a visible, hands‑on role partnering directly with site leadership and Corporate Accounting.
- Own site‑level accounting, month‑end close, and financial reporting
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Lead AP, payroll support, reconciliations, audits, and compliance
- Serve as the primary financial partner to the mine’s senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s or MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong month‑end close and cost analysis background
- Mining or industrial accounting experience preferred
The role offers flexibility to work in‑office in Winnemucca, or remotely, and requires travel to the mine site 2-3 times a month.
