Electrical Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee construction activities and ensure efficient execution of electrical operations on-site. The ideal candidate will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate subcontractor activities within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Oversee construction schedules, resource allocation, and material and equipment requirements.
- Prepare and review construction methods, schedules, manning charts, and resource plans.
- Coordinate construction operations to align with overall project schedules.
- Ensure installation of materials and equipment complies with drawings, specifications, and requirements.
- Enforce policies, procedures, and work rules established by construction management.
- Support field engineers, foremen, and craft professionals in interpreting technical and engineering documents.
- Coordinate engineering solutions with subcontractors and construction teams.
- Collaborate with design teams to address constructability issues.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong experience in electrical construction and operations.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical codes and industry standards.
- Experience managing subcontractors and union workforce.
- Strong understanding of construction planning, monitoring, and control.
- Knowledge of subcontract management and responsibilities.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of related work experience.

Qualification And
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
