• Assisting Service Advisors with checking in customers and their vehicles.
• Help customers setting appointments, verify parts for appointment and reminder calls.
• Managing our CX Experience program from ford for Pick-up, Delivery and Remote Service.
• Various other responsibilities to assist service advisors in providing an excellent customer experience.
• This position is apart of an award winning dealership with opportunity for growth.
• Strive to make sure that every customer is satisfied with the level of service offered by the dealership.
• Strong interaction/communication with service team, technicians and management.

• To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
