Boys and Girls Club of Winnemucca needs a Pre‑K Teacher with a degree in Early Childhood Education or Development for children aged 3‑5 at our Early Learning Center.

Instructional hours: 8am–1pm (prep 7:30am–2pm). The position is salaried, aligned with the school district and Boys & Girls Club calendar, and closes for summer break.

• Plan and lead academic and social‑emotional activities in a 10:1 class.
• Engage with students' families.
• Prepare supplies and materials for lessons and exercises.
• Manage student portfolios.
• Maintain the safety of children and staff and ensure an optimal experience for all.

• Clear career path, including to admin roles.

• Any one of the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in ECE or ECSE.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field and state‑approved ARL in Early Childhood.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field and 30 or more ECE college credits.
  • Already enrolled in the TEACH program for an early childhood‑related degree.
• Dedication to early childhood education and a commitment to quality early childcare.
• Positive, supportive attitude toward staff and families.
• Respect for team collaboration and communication when meeting responsibilities.
• Enjoys working with diverse persons, supporting all backgrounds and beliefs.
• Preferred experience with MS Word and Brightwheel.

• Provide three professional references.
