Temp-to-Hire position
$ 30.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)
- Conduct field inspections and collect geotechnical data to support safe and efficient mining operations.
- Install, monitor, and maintain ground monitoring instruments and assist with drilling and sampling activities.
- Document ground conditions, prepare inspection reports, and communicate potential hazards to engineering teams.
- Follow MSHA regulations and company safety standards while working outdoors in rugged terrain and varying weather conditions.
High school diploma or GED required; mining, geology, or engineering experience preferred.
Ability to work safely outdoors in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain or maintain MSHA certification.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
