6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

• Candidates must have a Nevada license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Local & travel allowed.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program:
  Medical Solutions Plus Program - Humboldt General Hospital.

References:
At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Must have ICU experience. Need experience in similar size facility.

Prefer pediatric experience.

Holiday Requirement:
One major and minor per season.

• 4-week blocks posted two weeks before start of the schedule.
• Weekend Requirement: 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule.

Med/Surg/ICU all one unit, may be helping hands to LTC, ER, and OB.

7 days maximum time off.

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission.

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission.

Proof of identification required.
