Seat Belt Bus Assembler

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Seat Belt Assembly Technicians. In this role, you will assemble, install, and inspect seat belt systems and related components for buses according to company specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble seat belt components and hardware using hand and power tools.
• Install seat belts and safety restraint systems in bus interiors.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly diagrams.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure proper installation and functionality.
• Verify parts and materials before assembly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with other bus assembly duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
