We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented individual to join our manufacturing company as a Wood Utility Finisher. Responsible for performing various tasks on a production line in a manufacturing facility.

$1000 RETENTION BONUS and $750 REFERRAL BONUS
:
The company offers a $1000 retention bonus in three installments after 30, 60, and 90 days. Refer a new hire who completes 30 days and receive $750 via direct deposit.

• Must pass drug test.

• Perform installation of plywood floors on Utility trailers.
• Assemble wood components onto utility trailer frames according to company specifications and blueprints.
• Fit wood materials such as decking.
• Use hand tools and power tools to fasten wood components securely.
• Perform tasks involving material movement, production line assignments and wood floor installation in a manufacturing facility.
• Follow orders and complete tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.
• Follow prescribed procedures and guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities.
• Follow all company rules and policies.
• Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
• Uphold all OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques involved in the effective manufacture of goods a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to properly identify and compile information to effectively make decisions and set priorities.

• Environment is not climate controlled. Limited control of heat and cooling, hot in the summers and cold in the winters.
• Loud industrial environment.

• Walking, standing, kneeling, bending up to 90% of the workday.
• Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50–70 pounds, up to 20% of the workday.

• This is a full‑time position. Work week is Monday through Friday, 10‑hour shifts. Saturday may be required when production demand requires overtime.
