Lithium Americas seeks a Quality Manager to lead all aspects of product and process quality at the Thacker Pass site, directing final product disposition per customer specs. You will lead the analytical laboratory team with one direct and 12 indirect reports, using stats to drive quality improvements and ensuring safety and compliance.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3+ years in quality management, and experience with data analysis tools (Minitab, R).
