Customer service representatives at Domino's Pizza are responsible for taking and processing orders, maintaining the store’s cleanliness, stocking ingredients, and delivering excellent customer service. The position is part‑time and offers flexible scheduling.

• Stock ingredients and maintain work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Operate point‑of‑sale computer or touch screen to enter orders.
• Handle cash, make accurate monetary change and provide correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
• Follow safety and quality control standards.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Strong verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing.
• May handle up to 50‑pound deliveries and 30‑pound items.
• Work in varying temperatures, possibly hot surfaces up to 500°F and fumes from food.
• Requires forward bending, stretching, reaching, crouching, and hand coordination.
