Stocking Team Associate

Job Overview

Stocking associate position focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. Duties are performed primarily in the backroom. Associates must lift heavy objects exceeding 50 lbs and may operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.

• Unload and distribute incoming freight.
• Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor and in storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the backroom.
• Operate forklifts or other heavy equipment when required.
• Adhere to safety and Walmart operating procedures.

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Experience or ability to operate forklifts and other heavy equipment.
• Reliable and self‑motivated with strong customer‑orientation.

• Hourly wage: $17 - $30 per hour (equal to or greater than applicable minimum wage).
• Performance incentives:
  
  annual or quarterly bonuses.
• Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
