- Represent Mondelēz in stores as the face of its iconic snack brands
- Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute daily store visits according to DSD Merchandising Excellence standards
- Capture display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers and store managers
- Order products via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with store plans
- Follow schedules and priorities set by the RTM
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Lift, bend, and move products while maintaining safety and compliance
- Move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
Winnemucca, NV - Open availability including weekends and holidays as needed
- Availability for a 6:00 AM start time
