Sales Support Representative

Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives to assist customers, provide quotations, coordinate deliveries, and utilize our CRM system.

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

• 3‑5 years of buying, sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• 3‑5 years of industrial or mining knowledge is a plus.
• Exhibit strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Ability to adapt well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated, customer‑service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships.
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

$19.65 - $31.41

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
