Sales Support Representative
The Sales Support Representative works closely with Sales Associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions. They provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders, coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers, answer sales calls for general information, and resolve customer concerns or questions. Proficiency with a customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system is required.
Responsibilities- Work together with Sales Associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
- Use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.
- 3-5 years of buying, sales and/or customer service experience (preferred).
- 3-5 years of industrial or mining knowledge is a plus.
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
- Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated, customer‑service oriented mentality with the ability to build relationships.
- General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay- Pay Range: $19.65 - $31.41 (monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles).
- This role is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan.
- Ferguson complies with all wage regulations; the starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state requirements.
