Security Officer - Medical Facility Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entry points, public areas, and restricted locations for unusual activity, offering directions and assistance while following post orders and reporting procedures;
Prepare incident reports, note maintenance or hazard-related issues, and report security-related observations in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines
