** Role
* * We are seeking a Security Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day security operations at Thacker Pass, in Orovada, Nevada. The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily execution of site security operations and supervising contract security services. This role ensures security procedures are consistently implemented, provides frontline leadership during incidents, and supports the Security Manager in maintaining a safe and secure environment across Lithium Nevada operations.

Other areas may include Lithium Nevada properties located in Orovada and the Lithium Nevada Administrative Office located in Winnemucca, Nevada. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization committed to innovation, sustainability, and leadership in the clean energy sector.

The role is based at Thacker Pass and reports to the Security Manager. Occasional travel to other LAC offices, project sites, or vendor locations may be required.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Conduct regular walk-throughs and security inspections at Thacker Pass.
* Implement and enforce established security policies, procedures, and site security standards.
* Help to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policy, guidelines, and record-keeping requirements.
* Conduct routine security assessments and identify operational security risks, escalating findings and recommendations to the Security Manager.
* Oversee the daily performance of contract security personnel and ensure compliance with service expectations, post orders, and site requirements.
* Review incident reports for completeness and accuracy before forwarding to the Security Manager.
