• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED within 6 months
• Above average computer/technology skills
• Security, law enforcement or military experience preferred
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment
• Participation in pre‑employment screening, drug screen and background investigation required
• Reliable means of communication
• Reliable means of transportation (public or private)
• Legal right to work in Nevada
• Ability to speak, read and write English and French in Quebec province

H.S. diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of security‑related training or experience sufficient to meet the site requirements, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, as determined by the company.

• Maintain composure when dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff and the public, often under urgency.
• May be exposed to stressful situations involving unauthorized individuals.
• Meet background, reference checks, behavioral selection survey and any licensing requirements.
• Handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Keyboarding, basic computer usage and operating controls.
• See, hear, speak and write clearly to communicate with employees and clients, observe and report incidents, direct others.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking for long periods; climbing stairs and inclines, uneven terrain.
• Occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds; occasional lifting/moving up to 25 pounds.
• Close and distance vision and ability to adjust focus.

• Meet licensing requirements for security guards.
• Meet requirements for specific skills, certifications or authorizations specified for the site.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Understanding of a variety of security and safety devices and controls.
