Supervise students during lunch and recess periods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintains a safe and orderly atmosphere in the lunchroom as directed by the principal
- Assist with clean up between lunch periods as needed
- Supervise students while outside during all seasons (or inside during inclement weather) ensuring that students are safe and following established recess procedures and rules at all times
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions regarding the safety and welfare of students
- Experience/wilingness to work with children
- Ability to work cooperatively with other building staff
- Clearance of FBI Background check required
- Physical Exam within last year of hire date
- Valid First Aid/CPR Cards preferred
- High School Diploma
Ability to move freely to various locations within the lunchroom, playground other school settings. Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and bending. Exposure to noise and activity of a school setting. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
SALARY:$17.00/hour
