Step into a fulfilling contract role supporting elementary school students as a Registered Behavior Technician. This opportunity is designed for dedicated professionals who are energized by making a positive impact in an educational environment.

In this position, you'll provide direct support to students in grades K-4 during school hours, assisting with behavior intervention strategies and collaborating closely with educators and families. You'll work Monday through Friday, 8:15 am to 3:45 pm, enjoying a structured schedule that includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. The academic calendar extends through June 12, 2027, offering stability and consistency for both you and the students you support.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate
• Valid Paraprofessional (Para) certification
• Minimum of two years experience working in a school-based setting
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
• Track student progress, collect data, and maintain accurate documentation
• Support teachers and classroom staff with behavior management strategies
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth
• Regularly communicate with team members and parents/guardians to ensure program fidelity
