Estimated pay: $78,000 per year
Our client is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the Winnetka area. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care that promotes safety, comfort, and recovery in a home setting.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include performing nursing assessments, creating and implementing care plans, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and families on managing health conditions.
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
- Associate degree or higher in Nursing
- Minimum of one year of professional RN experience (Home Health experience preferred)
- Current BLS and CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Monday to Friday day shift, one weekend per month, two to three on-call days per month, and two holidays per year
