BSN required; MSN or Healthcare Administration preferred. Must hold an unrestricted RN license in Illinois, CPR, and ACLS certifications. Minimum of three years nursing experience with two in leadership roles, preferably in critical care.
Skills & Abilities:Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, and team collaboration skills.
