Are you an organized, friendly professional who enjoys being at the center of a busy office? We’re looking for a dependable Office Administrator to help keep daily operations running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for visitors, customers, and staff.

This role combines front desk reception, administrative coordination, point-of-sale support, and general office organization. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and take pride in maintaining a professional, efficient workspace, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
  • Process basic point-of-sale transactions and assist customers as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to operations and leadership teams.
  • Coordinate boardroom setup and reset, supporting meeting logistics while keeping spaces organized, welcoming, and professional.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
  • Assist with document organization, scheduling, and general office coordination.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Professional, dependable, and proactive team player.
