Do you have experience running an office? We are two self-employed financial advisors looking for a lead role to help run our businesses.

We provide a positive and welcoming atmosphere and are looking to find someone to help support our growing practices.

Responsibilities
  • Booking appointments
  • Managing staff and daily office routine
  • Preparation of documents for clients (clerical work)
  • Communication with industry partners
  • Payroll support
  • Oversee stock of office/building supplies
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years experience is a must within an office environment. Insurance/Investment industry will be prioritized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work load.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
