Do you have experience running an office? We are two self-employed financial advisors looking for a lead role to help run our businesses.
We provide a positive and welcoming atmosphere and are looking to find someone to help support our growing practices.
Responsibilities- Booking appointments
- Managing staff and daily office routine
- Preparation of documents for clients (clerical work)
- Communication with industry partners
- Payroll support
- Oversee stock of office/building supplies
- 2-3 years experience is a must within an office environment. Insurance/Investment industry will be prioritized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work load.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
