Play a key role in a fast-paced printing and document services environment in Winnipeg. This on-site contract opportunity combines data entry, customer billing, quality control, and production support using Excel and Canada Post ESOM software. Ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative setting.
What is in it for you:
• Hourly salary of $18.
• 12-month contract.
• Full-time position: hours per week.
• Weekday schedule from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
• On-site work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in a multi-customer production environment.
• Perform record keeping of submitted and completed customer jobs.
• Process customer billing using internal systems, including Meridian.
• Complete accurate data entry of job requisitions and related documentation.
• Enter job requisitions into Canada Post ESOM software.
• Conduct quality assurance checks of completed jobs to ensure accuracy and production standards are met.
• Detect production inconsistencies and quality issues.
• Interact professionally with customers to address requests and provide updates.
• Operate scanning equipment and related software.
• Utilize PC applications within a networked environment.
• Collaborate with site team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
What you will need to succeed:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience delivering services in a client-facing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with data entry and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Canada Post ESOM software is an asset.
• Experience utilizing scanning equipment and related software is an asset.
• Ability to demonstrate full knowledge of production equipment, service offerings, and operational processes.
• Strong mathematical skills, including multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Ability to operate PC applications in a networked environment.
• Ability to detect production inconsistencies and quality issues.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
