Job Description
The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal communications, strong knowledge and application of various computer programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of the JW Titan System would be a definite asset. This person should have strong analytical and organizational skills, be a team player, be self motivated, work well under pressure and also have a sense of urgency with a willingness and capability to complete assigned tasks on time.

Enter Order Info into Lisec SoftwareCreate Glass Batches using Lisec SoftwareEnter All Credits using TitanUpdate Plant Schedule on Microsoft Excel and TitanCreate Work Orders for PVC on Microsoft Excel and TitanMonitor PVC Stock Inventory LevelsPrint and Sort All Shop PaperworkMonitors and Manages Paperwork outtake dailyDistribute Shop Paperwork to appropriate AreasAssist in Delivery planning when requiredAttend Weekly Inventory / Scheduling MeetingAssist in Plant Scheduling when requiredAnswer emails and phone calls regarding schedulingFiling Doc Link using Excel and a scannerResearch Projects as required by ManagerPhotocopy and scan DocumentsOther Duties as Assigned by ManagerJELD-WEN Windows & Doors is an equal opportunity employer and offers equitable wage and benefit packages to qualified applicants.
