Make an impact with our Administration team as a Receptionist. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

Responsibilities- Manage/perform incoming and outgoing mail deliveries
- Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders, as required
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying and scanning, as required
- Provide regular upkeep of coffee and common areas:
- Maintenance of coffee machines
- Maintain and order coffee/kitchen supplies
- Sanitization of common areas
- Reception relief support:
- Courteously receive and screen all incoming calls
- Greet, assist and direct all visitors in a professional manner
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier packages
- Coordinate building maintenance requests
- Process client credit card payments
- Reserve meeting rooms & maintain cleanliness of rooms
- Provide polite and courteous customer service
- Ensure timely adherence to deadlines
- Assist team members as requested and as required
- 1-3 years of office experience in a professional working environment
- Computer proficiency including effective working skills of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to lift and move up to 60lbs (or 27kg)
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time, and bend and reach as necessary
