Step into a customer-centric role as a full-time receptionist r friendly demeanor will help create an inviting atmosphere for all visitors.
As the face and voice of our dealership, you'll be responsible for greeting customers, handling administrative functions, and keeping our space organized.
Your role includes answering calls, scheduling appointments, and reconciling invoices, all vital to our operations. Prior experience in reception or administration, especially within a dealership, is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer support
• Assist with diverse administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and common spaces
• Professionally answer and route phone calls
• Manage mail distribution and appointment bookings
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in reception/admin roles
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
