Canaccord Genuity is hiring a full-time Administrator for its Wealth Management team in Winnipeg. This role is perfect for candidates with excellent multi-tasking skills and a strong focus on customer service.

As part of Canaccord Genuity Corp., you will be integral to a vibrant Financial Services team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing spreadsheets, performing data entry, and collaborating with Advisors to transfer documents effectively. You’ll also handle paperwork and liaise with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate data entry and spreadsheet management

• Create organized file folders on shared drives

• Assist Advisors in handling key documents

• Interact with multiple departments for seamless operations

• Manage limited client contact as directed
