Position: Administrative Associate for Patient Care
Enhance patient services as a Patient Administrative Associate with the Assertive Community Treatment Team. Provide essential clerical support, manage patient flow, and collaborate with team members effectively.
In this role, you will assist with staffing, scheduling, and patient registration in Quadra Med. Your responsibilities will include maintaining patient records, handling telephonic appointments, and coordinating patient files. You will work alongside other PAAs to ensure seamless operations, especially during staff absences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to the treatment team

• Register patients and manage appointment scheduling

• Maintain detailed patient records and files

• Coordinate and support patient flow within the clinic

• Assist in covering for absent clerical staff
Requirements:

• One year of healthcare administrative experience

• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred

• Proficiency in Word and Windows software

• Keyboarding speed of 40 w.p.m with minimal errors

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
