Join Southern Health‑Santé Sud as an Administrative Assistant at the Bethesda Primary Care Centre in Steinbach. This temporary, in-person role requires strong administrative skills within healthcare.
This position is part-time at 0.50 FTE, offering 7.75 hours daily. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to respect confidentiality are essential skills necessary for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks efficiently
• Maintain patient records and documentation
• Operate office equipment including photocopier and facsimile
• Communicate effectively in both English and French
• Support various staff and clinic functions
Requirements:
• Two years of healthcare administrative experience
• Graduate of recognized Administrative Assistant program
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to travel to other regional facilities
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and insurance required
