The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a Scheduling Clerk at the HCCSO unit in Point Douglas Home Care. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of administrative experience, proficiency in email systems like Group Wise, and strong organizational skills. Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, along with formal training in office skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and coordinate staff calendars
• Maintain filing systems and handle mail distribution
• Compile and maintain necessary statistics
• Support team collaboration and communication
• Assist with photocopying and faxing tasks
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of relevant administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Keyboarding speed of 45 wpm required
• Ability to work under deadlines in fast-paced environments
