Concordia Hospital seeks an Administrative Assistant with at least two years of experience in a medical office or healthcare environment. Key qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with a recognized medical office assistant course or equivalent. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills while effectively working in a team and high-traffic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain statistical data and MDS records
• Order supplies efficiently via the ORMED supply chain
• Initiate computer reports and manage digital documentation
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Provide administrative support in a multi-faceted team environment
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of healthcare-related experience
• High school education as per Manitoba standards
• Certification in medical terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle diverse workload with limited supervision
