This indefinite term position requires two years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting. Candidates must have completed high school and a recognized medical office assistant course. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MDS applications is essential, alongside excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical support to nursing units and administration
• Maintain statistical data and MDS records
• Order supplies using ORMED supply chain software
• Create and manage computer reports
• Assist in a high traffic area with frequent interruptions
Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting
• High school diploma and completed medical office assistant course
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Current satisfactory Criminal Records Check required
