Key Responsibilities:
• Support case planning and follow-up with families
• Gather and manage documents while upholding confidentiality
• Coordinate case timelines and internal communications
• Report safety concerns to ensure family well-being
• Organize logistics for meetings and family events
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
• 1–2 years of social services experience needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Background checks required for employment
