In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly by managing order entries, handling phone calls, and assisting the Executive Assistant. With your two years of office experience, you will support various special projects, compute freight rates, and aid walk-in customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform order entry efficiently and accurately
• Provide administrative support to office management
• Manage the company's phone system and transfer calls
• Assist walk-in customers with inquiries
• Help calculate freight rates for shipments
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of office experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
