Introduction
The Department of Families is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to fill the Office Manager position located in Winnipeg. Duties:The Office Manager provides leadership and coordination of administrative operations for the Centralized Services and Disability Support Program, ensuring the efficient functioning of the office.
The position oversees administrative staff, manages workflow, records systems, and financial processing, and supports senior management through effective coordination of information, communication, and documentation. The role is responsible for providing training, guidance, and input into performance management to support a consistent and effective administrative team. It maintains office systems, manages incoming correspondence and document flow, and ensures timely handling of priorities and operational requirements.
The position also oversees administrative and financial processes such as invoice coding and processing, office supply management, and SAP-related tracking activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational continuity.
