As a Dental Front Desk Administrator, you will deliver excellent customer service and support administrative operations at our five Winnipeg dental offices. This full-time role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in English and a second language—Spanish, Ukrainian, or French—is essential for patient interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients warmly and professionally
• Answer calls and manage appointment scheduling
• Verify insurance and process payments efficiently
• Assist with billing, coding, and record maintenance
• Complete various administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent needed
• Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
• Superb communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
• Availability for flexible hours and multiple locations
