This role offers a chance to support both executive leadership and board operations effectively.
The Winnipeg Metropolitan Region seeks an experienced Office Administrator to provide vital support to the Executive Director and staff. This position includes both administrative tasks and governance assistance, crucial for a well-coordinated quasi-governmental office. Ideal candidates have a strong background in administration, preferably within governmental settings, and are prepared for evolving responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical support to executive leadership and staff
• Prepare meeting agendas and document meeting minutes
• Manage front-office communications and visitor interactions
• Liaise with pension and benefits administration service providers
• Oversee daily office operations and logistics
Requirements:
• 3+ years of progressive administrative experience
• Support senior leadership with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in government or nonprofit environments
