As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will proactively support the Provincial Discipline teams with various administrative tasks. You will coordinate meetings, produce detailed agendas and minutes, and maintain databases related to quality accreditation and payroll. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that all administrative activities are prioritized and completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and prioritize administrative activities effectively
• Prepare and proofread correspondence, minutes, and agendas
• Maintain databases and assist with report preparation
• Perform payroll functions and verify budget information
• Manage travel between Health Sciences and St. Boniface Hospital
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of related experience
• Proven skills in scheduling and meeting coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
