As a Benefits Administrator at Intouch
CX, you will be pivotal in managing employee benefit systems for the US and Canada while maintaining data integrity. Your responsibilities include set up for New Hire Enrollments, processing life event changes, and coordinating COBRA assignments. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to thrive in this fast-paced support role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage New Hire Enrollments for US and Canada
• Process life event changes accurately and promptly
• Coordinate COBRA mass assignments and audits
• Track missed premiums and policy cancellations
• Maintain accurate employee benefits documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of corporate benefits experience
• Advanced skills in Excel;
Dayforce experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of Canadian benefits is essential
• Ability to align with NORAM business hours
